Session Description: School leaders play an important role in shaping the culture and environment at their school and supporting the wellbeing of their staff – and yet, many of the causes of ill-being are outside a school leader’s area of control. In this workshop, school leaders will consider key elements of a healthy school environment and how, from within their scope of influence, they can foster a culture of wellbeing. In this one-hour virtual workshop participants will:

• Identify elements of a healthy school environment.
• Describe practical strategies for supporting a culture of wellbeing.
