Drawing upon the work of Jeffrey Benson (10 Steps to Managing Change In Schools) Robyn Jackson (School Leadership Reimagined), and Steve Gruenert & Todd Whitaker (School Culture Recharged), this workshop explores how to go deep to pinpoint the goals that will make a difference. Learn how to employ a collaborative approach that captures teacher voice and results in a cohesive, accepted, and sustainable plan of improvement.
