Forest Literacy and Wellness – Project Learning Tree Canada
Join Project Learning Tree Canada facilitators Ellen Long, Andy Tree, and Millie Close to explore how to integrate Forest Literacy and Wellness across age groups and subject areas from K-12. This is a great opportunity for school and system leaders to collaborate while building capacity for Numeracy, Literacy, and Well-Being in the great outdoors. We will also discuss ways to support educators with outdoor learning including safety and materials. All participants will leave with a copy of PLT Canada’s resources.

*Bonus content: There will also be a high school Outdoor Ed. class participating in field activities, as well as a special visit from German educators on exchange who have signed up to tour the site.
