This module series:
- Grounds educators in learning principle 7 of the NBCF~E; (Multiple Languages Mediate Thought and Learning).
- Aligns exposure to multiple languages with facet one of the Diversity and Social Responsibility Goal in the NBCF~E.
- Answers, in part, recommendation #20 of the official language commissioners report.
- Aligns with long term recommendations (in part: provide French language training and supports for early childhood educators).
This module will flow from the “Writing and Inclusion and Diversity Policy – A Guide” products (guide, video, workbook) and will focus on the how the NBCF~E supports inclusion and the diversities in the Human Rights Act/Early Childhood Services Act.
