This professional learning experience invites early learning and child care operators and administrators into a reflective exploration of the six principles of pedagogical leadership. Grounded in vision, relationships, and holding a high image of educators and children, this course offers more than theory — it creates space to test new ideas, reflect on lived experience, and recognize leadership as it emerges in daily practice. Across eight intentional modules, you’ll examine how values shape your organization, identify the conditions that support collaborative professional learning, and build confidence in navigating complexity with clarity and care. Through reflection, documentation, and dialogue, you’ll deepen your understanding of what it means to lead with purpose — and how to foster a culture of learning that is relational, responsive, and rooted in shared leadership, all in support of high-quality early learning and child care.
