This self-led module series is designed to support operators in fostering a welcoming environment in their facility for newcomer educators. The modules include strategies and tools from other operators in New Brunswick for orientation and onboarding. To introduce newcomer educators to ECE in NB, a course called Early Childhood Educators in New Brunswick, has also been developed as part of this tool.
