Adobe Education Exchange: Discover free teaching resources for your class.

EBSCO: Online research database providing access to books, magazines, and articles. Note, only accessible to users with NBED/NBSS email accounts

Fair Dealing Copyright Tool: The Fair Dealing Decision Tool helps teachers decide whether “fair dealing” permits classroom use of print materials, artistic works, or audiovisual materials without first getting copyright permission. The tool helps teachers determine whether a specific intended classroom use is allowed by the Fair Dealing Guidelines.

Get Cyber Safe is a national public awareness campaign created to inform Canadians about cyber security and the simple steps they can take to protect themselves online.

Microsoft Learn: Microsoft Learn is a free, online training platform that provides interactive learning for Microsoft products and more. 

New Brusnwick Public Library: NBPLS offers a variety of online / digital services. Accessible with a valid library card. 

SORA: Digital eBook and audiobook library. Note: only accessible to users with NBED/NBSS email acocunts

Tumbleooks: Digital eBook and audiobook library: Note only accessible to users with NBED/NBSS email accounts. Also accessible through NBPLS with a valid library card. 

WorldBook: Online encyclopedia. Note: only accessible to users with NBED/NBSS email accounts.

Literacy

SayItFirst: Digital books / adudio books in Maliseet, Mi’Kmaw, Ojibwe and Cree. 

SORA Virtual Library: Virtual library where teachers and students can borrow electronic books and audiobooks.

English as an Additional Language K-12: NBED users will find resources to support work with Multilingual Language Learners (MLLs), no matter the grade or context.
