Overview:

The purpose of the Learning Disabilities K-12: Building Strength and Independence – A New Brunswick Framework document and self-paced companion module is to assist educators in effectively structuring the learning environment to support students with learning disabilities. This document and learning module provides an overview of learning disabilities and offers evidence-informed instructional practices and strategies for educators and families.

The professional learning module will help walk participants through the document, presenting highlights of each section. Reflective questions presented throughout can be used in a variety of settings to promote discussions via PLC, staff, and ESST meetings, etc.

Any educator working with students in the Anglophone System.
