EECD’s Culturally and Linguistically Inclusive Schools course focuses on strategies to support multilingual language learners (MLLs). Participants receive information, resources, and support, through a dedicated community of practice with colleagues across the province.
- Note: The Spring cohort has just 40 seats with a February 21st deadline for expression of interest!
Course Info
The course takes place outside of school hours (on your own time). It emphasizes the experiences of New Brunswick students, parents, and staff, and allows time to examine and discuss cultural and linguistic supports/strategies. Participants complete online learning modules, with time allotted to discuss learning with colleagues across the province in asynchronous discussion forums lead by an experienced educator leader.
- Please review this one-pager for an overview of course outcomes and activities/assignments designed to support context-based learning to enhance cultural and linguistic inclusion in your classroom and/or school.
